Expensive Lessons In Manufacturing

Sixteen line items later ...Purchase Order terms and conditions complete. I have learned from my past mistakes with working with manufactures and relying on trust. Today, as I worked through each of these terms I can recall being on the receiving end of buyer seller agreements based on trust and email correspondence that have gone awry. For a small business owner, manufacturing agreements lacking in due diligence is an expensive lesson that I am glad to have gained wisdom from and can now do better this time.
